Our Story
The company has a proud history as a regional manufacturer, currently employing approximately 60 staff. Below are some key milestones since the business was incorporated in 1982:
1982: Incorporated 19 January 1982, first day of production 23 June 1982 at 69 Muldoon Street, Taree, with
a staff of 6
1985: Planning commenced for a new factory on the current site at 20 Mahogany Crescent, Taree.
1987: 6 February 1987, production commenced in the new factory with a staff of 30
1988: First extension consisting of the addition of two blast freezers
1991: Major upgrade including new staff room, stein room, six additional blast freezers to cater for staff

1993: 400 pallet space on-site cold store commissioned
1995: Major automation project, installation of stein line, crumb line and cryogenic spiral freezers
2001: Installation of second stein line to meet demand
2006: Introduction of gluten-free
process to the plant
2015: Planning commenced for the introduction of fully cooked capabilities to complement existing processes
2018: Continuous Oven and fully equipped High Care room commissioned allowing entry to the Ready to Eat
market
